For more than a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of psychiatry, biology, and real life. As a board-certified psychiatrist with experience across multiple states and nearly every clinical setting, from large hospitals and academic centers to small rural clinics and federally qualified health centers, I’ve cared for women of all ages and backgrounds: executives, mothers, students, and those navigating homelessness.
My work spans both conventional psychiatry and functional medicine, giving me a rare understanding of how mental health, hormones, nutrition, and lifestyle are deeply interconnected.
In addition to my traditional medical training, I’ve completed functional medicine coursework and am pursuing certification in the field. I’ve also trained in nutritional psychiatry, exploring how nutrients, gut health, and inflammation affect mood, focus, and cognition.
My professional insight is matched by my personal journey. I’ve walked my own path of healing, navigating Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and exploring integrative approaches to restore energy, balance, and well-being.
Today, I bring that experience into education and content designed to help women restore calm, clarity, and capacity by understanding their biology and creating rhythms that support their lives, not overwhelm them.
